All tickets purchased at the ticket office
will be mailed
unless otherwise requested.
All tickets ordered online will be held at
the ticket office unless the patron leaves
a message in their order notes,
or leaves a message with the ticket office
to do otherwise.
All tickets purchased less than seven days prior to a performance will be held at will-call.
Patrons must present identification
when picking up tickets.
Order confirmations will be sent via email.
All performance dates, times, prices and artists
are subject to change without notice.
All sales are final.

Sold out Performances:
In the event of a sold out performance,
a waiting list will be started at the ticket office beginning at 7:00pm, and called 20 minutes
prior to the performance.
No discounts apply.
Discounts:
Choose four or more events from across any
of the Colonial Series and receive 10% off
single ticket prices.
Flexible ticket exchange privileges:
If your plans change, policy allows you
to attend another Colonial event that
better suits your schedule.
Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours prior
to theperformance you cannot attend.
Tickets received the day of the performance
will be resold and patrons will be mailed
a tax-deductible receipt.
Tickets for the new performance will be based on
availability at the time the exchange request is received by the Colonial ticket office.
All previously purchased tickets must be returned before new tickets are released.
All new tickets will be held at will-call and require identification for pick-up.
Exchanges can be made by phone, or in person at the Colonial ticket office.

There is a $5 per-order convenience fee
for all exchanges.
